Elton: The Biography

On 25 March 2007, Reginald Kenneth Dwight, aka Sir Elton John, will celebrate his 60th birthday. One of music's true global superstars, the lad from Pinner will be at the centre of massive media attention. Elton is already planning his 60th birthday bash (in fancy dress, of course), and 'Rocket Man' will be published in the run-up to this milestone. Meticulously researched and drawing on many new original interviews with friends and associates, this book is the first serious and weighty, but also page-turning and entertaining, biography of the Queen Mum of Pop, whose enormous influence on the music business it is now cool to acknowledge. nOriginalBarCode: 9780233001838
