The E.M.S. Ab Toner uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (E.M.S.) to strengthen and sculpt your abdominal muscles, arms and legs without traditional exercise. It uses gentle electric pulses to contract the muscles involuntarily, so they get the benefits of a workout while you work or relax. Simply attach the wireless controllers to the included gel pads and apply them to the areas you wish to tone.
