Build an American icon in your home. The Jacobs Usonian House Model Kit is a 1:100 scale model of the first “Usonian” house built by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1937 in Madison, Wisconsin. Wright coined the term Usonia to capture his idea of affordable architecture. Now a National Historic Site, this home’s open floor plan became widely used in 1950s ranch houses.
