In Phase 1 you pour an entire bottle of wine (up to 750 ml) through the stainless steel sediment filter. In Phase 2 the wine is gently aerated through holes into a specially designed globe. In Phase 3 the flow of wine continues down the sides of the decanter for superior aeration and oxygenation. Finally your bottle of wine comes to rest in the decanter, bursting with flavor and aroma.
