36" wide, four-drawer lateral file efficiently maximizes floor space and is designed for light-duty use. Each drawer accommodates letter-size or legal-size filing from side-to-side with included hangrails. Front-to-back filing is possible with other accessory hangrails (not included). Drawers lock and feature ball-bearing slide suspension for smooth movement. Mechanical interlock allows only one drawer to open at a time. Steel, reinforced case construction features baked enamel finish for durability. Two adjustable leveling glides in front corners stabilize the lateral file on uneven surfaces.
