Earring Backs measure appx 8.5x10x4.5mm.<br><br>Appx 120 Lobe Wonder Ear Lobe Support Patches for Earrings. Provides relief for damaged, stretched ear lobes. Aids in protecting healthy ear lobes from tearing from the weight of earrings.<br><br>DIRECTIONS:<br><br>1. Clean and thoroughly dry earlobes. Be sure to remove residue from lotions, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, etc.<br><br>2. Apply the patch to the BACK of the earlobe to completely cover the pierced opening.<br><br>3. Press firmly to secure.<br><br>4. Insert the earring post through the ear – hold patch firmly in place with thumb.<br><br>5. Gently pierce the patch with the earring post. 6. Finish securing the earring with its back.<br><br>7. If the earring hole is a slit, insert the earring at the TOP of the opening to help conceal the tear.<br><br>8.
