Be sure to remove residue from lotions, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, etc.<br/><br/> 2. Apply the patch to the BACK of the earlobe to completely cover the pierced opening. <br/><br/> 3. Press firmly to secure.<br/><br/> 4. Insert the earring post through the ear – hold patch firmly in place with thumb.<br/><br/> 5. Gently pierce the patch with the earring post. 6. Finish securing the earring with its back.<br/><br/> 7. If the earring hole is a slit, insert the earring at the TOP of the opening to help conceal the tear.<br/><br/> 8.
