PT Boats is dedicated to a small group of almost unknown but at the same time some of those who were perhaps the most reckless naval fighters of World War II: the torpedo ship team. These ships were small, fast, agile and extremely dangerous thanks to the torpedo launchers they had integrated. But they were also the most vulnerable ships in the navy. On more than one occasion, throughout the history of World War II, a handful of those small deadly ships helped decide the course of an entire battle and carried out missions that seemed impossible. They were known as "the mosquito fleet", due to their unique combat tactics. Using speed and agility in dodging enemy fire, torpedo ships approached huge enemy ships in a David-style fight against Goliath, leaving them out of combat with accurate torpedo shots, and an immediate withdrawal!
