Nursing Management of Pediatric Disaster. Catherine J. Goodhue is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of pediatric nursing experience in a variety of settings. She received her Bachelor's in Nursing from Georgetown University and her Master's in Nursing from UCLA. Currently she works as a PNP in the Trauma Program and as the Research Coordinator in the Division of Pediatric Surgery at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Ms. Goodhue has been involved in disaster-related research for the past 10 years and has received several disaster grants. She lectures at regional, state, and national conferences on disaster preparedness; and has authored/co-authored 11 peer-reviewed disaster-related manuscripts. Dr. Nancy Blake has over 30 years of experience in nursing management and over 35 years in hospital disaster preparedness at the local and national level. She received her Bachelor's in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary's College in Los Angeles and her Master's and Doctorate in Nursing from UCLA. She is currently an Assistant Adjunct Professor at UCLA School of Nursing.
