The product is also suitable for the wellbeing of the oral mucosa.</p> <p>Silicon is considered important for the condition of hair, skin, nails, bones and joints.</p> <h3>Dosage</h3> <p>1 tablespoon (15 ml) 1–3 times per day as such or mixed with water, preferably before a meal.</p> <p>The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
