<h2>Pure, dried chanterelle from Finland</h2> <p><strong>The fragrant Chanterelle</strong> <em>(Cantharellus cibarius)</em> is a high-yielding mushroom, which is present in our forests already during mid-summer. The golden-yellow mushroom only gets better in the drier, the colour and aroma deepen.</p> <p>Packed in an airtight glass jar.</p> <p>20 g of dried mushrooms equals 150 g of soaked mushrooms and 200 g of fresh mushrooms.</p> <h3>How to use?</h3> <p>Soak dry mushrooms for 15-30 minutes before use.</p> En savoir plus
