High in fibre.</p> <p>Even though fresh sea buckthorn berries taste tart, the taste of the powdered berries is not as tangy. You’ll get the health benefits of sea buckthorn without having to grimace!</p> <p>The sea buckthorn powder has a high oil and vitamin C and E content. In addition, sea buckthorn also contains omega-3, omega-6, and omega-7 fatty acids. The powder has a good ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (1.5:1). Sea buckthorn is also an excellent source of fibre. The powder contains approximately 15% of sea buckthorn oil.</p> <p>The content of each jar is made using 0.7 kg of fresh berries.
