<p>Organic berry powder made of Finnish sea buckthorn. Contains the seeds and peels of the berries. One jar contains thousands of sea buckthorn berries grown in Central Ostrobothnia, Finland. High in fibre.</p> <p>Even though fresh sea buckthorn berries taste tart, the taste of the powdered berries is not as tangy. You’ll get the health benefits of sea buckthorn without having to grimace!</p> <p>The sea buckthorn powder has a high oil and vitamin C and E content. In addition, sea buckthorn also contains omega-3, omega-6, and omega-7 fatty acids. The powder has a good ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (1.5:1). Sea buckthorn is also an excellent source of fibre. The powder contains approximately 15% of sea buckthorn oil.</p> <p>The content of each jar is made using 0.7 kg of fresh berries. The powder does not contain any additives, preservatives, or sugar.</p> <h3>How to use</h3> <p>Add a spoonful – or two – to a smoothie, or sprinkle some on top of, e.g., yogurt or quark.
