On their fourth album, BLACKOUT PROBLEMS embed an explosive rock sound into a rain cloud of dark synthesizers. With wild, unconventional song structures and free from expectations, the Munich-based band sounds typically dark but danceable - sad and euphoric at the same time. Once again, the focal point of 'RIOT' is the expression of personal experiences. Inspired by political events such as the rise of right-wing extremism, the hate spread by the AFD party, the resulting online hatred, as well as the courage of people like Sophie Scholl and Luisa Neubauer, 11 songs have been created that, along with thought-provoking lyrics, rain down on the harsh reality of the world.
