Songs like 'Abattoir', 'Meathook Masacre', and the eponymous title track 'Necro Sapiens' make the death metal heart beat faster and pay tribute to genre legends like Morbid Angel and Bloodbath. Nevertheless, new influences can also be found on tracks like 'Genesis', which are rather unconventional for BAEST.
