After half a decade without new music, IGNITE, the most infamous Melodic Hardcore band from Orange County, California, is ready to get back to work with their new singer Eli Santana leading the way. 'It's a new chapter for IGNITE,' confirms bassist Brett Rasmussen. 'But we often look back on some of our earliest records like 'Call on my brothers' and have the same feeling of writing these songs with a new singer.' For the Southern Californians, the more things change, the more they stay the same. 'That's what we love to do - just like it was in 1993 and like it is now.' Rasmussen talks about the recording process: 'The energy and positivity that Eli brought to the recording studio was contagious! It was like a breath of fresh air for all of us and reminded me of the early days of IGNITE. I can't wait to Tour with these songs.'
