Slipknot is launching their new album 'The end, so far'. The American metal band from Des Moines has announced their new album for September 30th. Their last studio album, 'We Are Not Your Kind,' was released in 2019. Slipknot provided a first musical taste of the new album with the pre-released single 'The Chapeltown Rag,' in which the masked men appear in their typical Slipknot style, making every metal fan's heart beat faster. But the upcoming album is also expected to be promising. The words of Slipknot member Sid Wilson give hope: 'I don't think everyone will ever be disappointed with what we do because we're going to stay true to ourselves and create the music that we feel is necessary to express ourselves. You know what I mean? It's kind of a therapy session as well. I think when they listen to it, it comes through that way and not approaching it from the perspective of a rock star and what we think the world would think of us for doing certain kinds of creativity. We just want to give the most honest representation of ourselves as a whole as we can.' So, we can be excited. Simultaneously with the pre-order launch, the second single release from the album titled 'The Dying Song (Time to sing)' will also be available. En savoir plus
