Comes as a limited edition on blue vinyl. The highly acclaimed and now legendary debut Album by DARKANE was originally released in 1999. The band had only been in existence for seven months when they recorded 'Rusted angel' at Dug Out Productions with producer Daniel Bergstrand. Initially, DARKANE wanted to play a blend of Gothenburg metal and Florida death metal, but during the recording process, they began experimenting with growls and melodic vocals - something that was new in this genre and would become very popular in the near future. After its release, 'Rusted angel' received great reviews in magazines all over the world.
