Hammerfall is releasing their upcoming work 'Hammer of Dawn'. The limited first edition will be released in a digisleeve. The Heavy Metal pioneers HAMMERFALL are once again swinging the hammer and infusing power into all artistic aspects with their twelfth studio album, Hammer Of Dawn! When HAMMERFALL released their debut album Glory To The Brave in 1997, they not only brought fresh energy to the metal scene, but also sparked a massive resurgence in traditional Heavy Metal . Since then, HAMMERFALL has consistently released strong album after album. This distinct power of the Swedes, combined with their incredible ability to relentlessly forge their path, can also be found in Hammer Of Dawn. It is evident in every second of the album that the band, due to the pandemic, had more time than ever to work on every little detail, which is clearly audible and makes the album stronger with each listen. The new album was mixed and mastered by Fredrik Nordström (Arch Enemy, In Flames, Opeth, Powerwolf, among others), who also recorded the drums. The vocals for Hammer Of Dawn were produced by Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, among others), while the guitars were recorded and produced by Pontus Norgren himself, in collaboration with co-producers Oscar Dronjak and Fredrik Nordström.
