Brave New World

Re-released as a digipack. ‘Brave New World’ was composed before the Ed Hunter Tour in Portugal in 1999 and recorded after the tour in autumn of the same year at Guillaume Tell Studios in Paris. Kevin Shirley served as the new producer, supported by Steve Harris in the role of co-producer. The song material of ‘Brave New World’ feels more progressive than in earlier albums, which is evident in the longer, multi-part titles like ‘Dream Of Mirrors’ or ‘The Nomad’. Iron Maiden were therefore able to pick up many new fans from the progressive metal scene. 'Brave New World' reached third place in the German charts and managed to stay in the top 10 for the next three weeks. En savoir plus
