Hardly anyone would have thought that System Of A Down could surpass their huge success with 'Toxicity' - but the band proves these assessments wrong, as System of A Down takes it up a notch with Mezmerize. With powerful songs like 'B.Y.O.B', the album hammers onto the metal scene and delivers with wicked lyrics like in 'Violent Pornography'. System Of A Down has simply done everything right here. The cover design of Mezmerize is connected to that of its successor, Hypnotize, forming a unity.
