Remedy lane Re:lived

Descripción

Released as a transparent orange coloured double LP in gatefold format, including a CD! The Swedish prog band 'PAIN OF SALVATION' released their well-loved master piece 'Remedy Lane' in 2002, on which they showed that they are not only capable of playing metal, but also classic 70's hard rock. The band, based around guitarist/singer Daniel Gildenlöw fulfilled a personal dream in 2016, before the release of their next studio album 'The Passing Light Of Day': "Jens Bogren came into contact with us, shortly after the release of 'Remedy Lane' and offered us his services. He was involved with 'BE' and 'Scarsick', but I always wondered how 'Remedy Lane' would sound with his'Wall Of Sound'. It was the right time to find this out!" Well, they did it and now, 14 years after 'Remedy Lane' the Swede's fans get the chance to rediscover this complex, emotional prog/metal piece that ranges between ballads and prog metal. The 2 CD version 'Remedy Lane Re:visited (Re:mixed & Re:lived)' offers you a Jens Bogren studio mix, as well as a 2014 recorded live version, from the ProgPower USA. On vinyl both versions 'Remedy Lane Re:mixed' and 'Remedy Lane Re:lived' are delivered as separate double LP's on 180 gram vinyl and with foldaway cover, as well as the respective CD as an extra.
