That Denmark is able to produce good Metal has been known at least since Volbeat. Now essence are going to put fresh oil on the chain with their third album! Their first album "Lost in Violence" was released in 2011, followed by "Last Night of Solace" in 2013 produced by Peter Tätgren (Hypocrisy/Lindemann) which was nominated for the Metal Hammer award and won the Rock The Nation award. After several tours across Europe and live gigs with Entombed, In Flames, Vader and Hypocrisy among others, the band now sticks with its 2-years interval and is going to present its third album „Prime“. This time the album was produced by Rune Rask, so far only known from Rap productions (Schoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar), who now delivers his first Rock/Metal production with "Prime". Seguir leyendo
