After the huge success of "Blackout" and tours throughout Europe, Asia and America, the Scorpions used the spring of 1983 to start recording "Love At First Sting". From the very beginning, it was their aim to excel the success of "Blackout". They did accomplish their goal since "Love At First Sting" became the most successful album in the long career of the Scorpions. On the occasion of the 50th year anniversary, the classic will be released as an original replica LP version (180g) and a double CD re-release. In addition to the original tracks, the CD album will include five, hand picked by the band, bonus tracks that have not been released before. Next to a powerful and direct demo version of "Coming Home" and an early demo of "Still Loving You", there are two songs that have never been heard by the public before: "Anytime (You want it)" and "Living At Night". Furthermore, "First Sting Jam" rounds it off as an interesting and also previously unpublished instrumental jam track. The second disk includes the unpublished concert from July 7th, 1984 from the legendary Madison Square Garden in New York. A true celebration for any Scorpions fan. Seguir leyendo
