Re-release of the second Black Sabbath LP (180g) with download code. Originally released in 1970, the album "Paranoid" is said to be one of the most important and style defining works of heavy metal. The title song (finished within 20 minutes based on a riff by Tony Iommi according to the band) was going to be the only top ten hit of Black Sabbath. With "War Pigs" and "Iron Man" the album contains two additional classics. Ozzy Osbourne's expressive singing and Tony Iommi's harsh guitar playing are unique even today and have influenced rock and metal acts through the years. Read more
