Description

"S&M" by Metallica is re-released in a triple LP package on black vinyl. Metallica, who are known to like experiments, created something extraordinary with their ninth album "S&M". This album was recorded live during two concerts in Berkeley, together with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra. Metallica did not restrict themselves to their calm songs, but also played harder songs such as "Hero Of The Day" or "Master Of Puppets". The name "S&M" refers to the abbreviation of sadomasochism. Within the album, the letters represent Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra. This is also depicted on the album cover, in which the S represents a mirrored treble clef and the M matches the Metallica logo. Read more
