Every year, at the beginning of June, the legendary Sweden Rock Festival takes place in the south German site of Sölvesborg. Since festival founder Ingolf Persson got up a small, but fine Rock festival in 1992, the Sweden Rock Festival grew to an in the meantime 4-days big event with more than 30.000 visitors and undoubtly belongs to the most prominent Rock/Metal-festivals in the worls. On 5 stages every year the biggest, most cult and best Rock- and Metal bands give their best, among them were for example bands like Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Ted Nugent, Scorpions, Dio, Motörhead, Mötley Crüe etc etc etc. For the first time there are the highlights of the year 2005 and 2006 of the - according to the visitors, the press and the artists - best and most friendly festival in the world on a double-DVD, with a lot of bonus material.
