The band Faun has been an inherent part of the international medieval scene for more than ten years now and with their music they open up a door to the world of thought and feeling of those days. The band made quite a splash with their musical uniqueness in the international medieval music scene. Today, Faun delight a rapidly growing fan base of overlapping genres. On their new album the band explores a whole new world. "Von den Elben” is the name of the new album resulting from this musical adventure. Faun masterfully combine romantic medieval music quotes with sensitive pop elements to a modern German medieval Folk. The band excels in combining antique instruments with contemporary influences in order to create a magic drifting atmosphere.
