"Live After Death" is the first live album of the British Heavy Metal band Iron Maiden and was released on 14th of October 1985 via EMI. The All Music Guide counts "Live After Death" of Iron Maiden to the best live albums in the Metal genre. The album became gold one month after release and even before the appearance of the compact disc in Great Brittain. In America "Live After Death" achieved the same status in the same year and in Germany in 1993. In America the album and the video of Iron Maiden became platinum. Read more
